These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and 9eclub ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 9eclub.cam (the "Platform").

• "Account" — A registered user account created on the Platform, through which the User accesses all gaming and betting services.

• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by 9eclub to registered Users, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required under applicable regulations, including identity and address verification.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited by the User from their own financial resources and held in their 9eclub Account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" — Promotional credits awarded to the User that are subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — Any territory in which participation in online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable law.

To open and maintain an account on 9eclub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 9eclub does not permit access to, or participation by, any individual under the age of 21, in accordance with the minimum age requirements applicable to casino-style and sports betting activities.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
4. You must not have previously had an account with 9eclub that was suspended, closed, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee account holder.
6. You must not be an employee, director, consultant, or agent of 9eclub or any affiliated company, or an immediate family member of such a person.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 9eclub Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 9eclub reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated funds or winnings without notice.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly notify 9eclub of any changes by updating your account profile or contacting our support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 9eclub support immediately at [email protected].

9eclub may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain platform features. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence, supported by proof of address dated within three months. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

By using the 9eclub Platform, you agree to access and use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chip dumping, collusion, match-fixing, or the use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or glitches. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code of the Platform.
• Transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software to the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Engaging in any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using Platform funds.
• Creating accounts using false or third-party identities.

9eclub employs ongoing fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and all relevant funds may be withheld pending the outcome of such investigation.

9eclub supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 9eclub does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified in your account settings.

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may be updated periodically. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible. 9eclub reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds.

9eclub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. Currency conversion charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

9eclub offers various promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, and migration bonuses. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

Where a wagering requirement (rollover) applies, the Bonus Balance — and any winnings derived from it — may not be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires a total of RM2,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• 9eclub reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and the associated account suspended.
• Wagers placed at reduced or zero-risk (e.g., arbitrage betting, hedging across accounts) will not count towards wagering requirements.

All bets placed on the 9eclub Platform are final once confirmed. You acknowledge that you bear full responsibility for the accuracy of any wager you place, including selection, stake amount, and applicable odds. 9eclub does not accept liability for wagers placed in error.

Sports betting odds are quoted in decimal format and are subject to change up until the point a wager is confirmed. Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice at 9eclub's discretion, particularly in circumstances where the integrity of the market may be at risk.

9eclub reserves the right to void any wager where:

• Odds or market data were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• There is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or corruption in the underlying event.
• The underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not reach the required completion threshold under the applicable sport rules.
• The bet was placed in contravention of these Terms.

All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Displayed RTP percentages represent long-term theoretical return values and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

All content on the 9eclub Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, text, graphics, software, game assets, and the Platform's overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of 9eclub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a transfer of any intellectual property right to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of 9eclub.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9eclub, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gaming or betting decisions.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond 9eclub's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors in market data, odds, or game outcomes attributable to third-party data providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory legislation. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9eclub reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• The account holder has failed to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
• 9eclub is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 9eclub reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and withhold Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where closure is made voluntarily by the Player or due to inactivity, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

9eclub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 9eclub holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the jurisdiction in which you are ordinarily resident.
